Terms of Use

Using this site

This website gives general information about popcorn ceiling removal and ceiling repair in the Clovis area, and it is not legal, health or engineering advice. Rules change, so confirm requirements with the agencies named on each page.

Quotes and work

A quote is an estimate until we have seen the ceilings, and work is done under a written agreement.

California notes

California requires a contractor license for work of $1,000 or more in labor and materials (CSLB), and asbestos work of 100 square feet or more requires a certified, Cal/OSHA-registered contractor (Cal/OSHA). We do not remove asbestos.

Fresno County notes

Cities and the county run their own building offices, and ask yours whether your project needs a permit; the Valley Air District may require notice for regulated asbestos jobs.
